Translation Quality Control

All of our translations undergo a multi-step quality control process that can be summarized as follows:

1) The intake stage involves an initial consultation with clients leading to a quote/contract and approval of a project whose aims have been clarified.
2) Source material is submitted to a cultural and linguistic analysis.
3) Based on the result of the above analysis, the project is assigned to a linguist or team of linguists best suited to meet the project’s needs.
4) The source materials are translated.
5) The translations are edited.
6) The translations are proofread.
7) If necessary, desktop publishing is applied to the text.
8) The text undergoes a final project review.
9) The final product is delivered to the client.
